The original 1998 Google is not something that people use anymore, most people probably don't even know about the 1998 Google, and it's not used anymore because it can only be accessed using the Wayback Machine's Internet Archive. So I wanted to preserve the older versions and then combine them into one search engine which would be the 1998 Google but mostly restored and fresh, the goal was mainly just to preserve, restore, and make the 1998 Google useful again, that's why new features are going to be added to Google Revived. To summerize it, Google Revived is just a modern recreation of Google 1998, fully usable and works very well.
What's going to be added to Google Revived?A new optional style will be added to Google Revived which will be called Classic Modern which will just be the classic 1998 Google but if it was in modern day, which will include a more simple logo much like the one that Google has been using since Late 2015, with a different font for the text and the style in general will feel more simple for those who like the modern Google and the classic Google. Other helpful pages will be added to Google Revived like the daily weather forecast and other helpful information.
Are there going to be any other revived websites?A new goal that I am aiming for on this site is to create sort of mini websites, recreations of sites from the early 2000s such as the May 2009 Minecraft website that's on the internet archive, and turn it into an actual functioning mini website that can play the 0.30 online version of Minecraft, yes I know that 0.30 released in November, it's a nice version to use though.
