I love the internet! What I love most about both was how they were back then, how they worked. How the internet was in the 90s and 00s, My goal is to revive old internet websites like Google, Minecraft, from how they were back then. I love exploring and seeing how different the internet was back then!
I am an American, when I was younger around say maybe 7 or 8, I was on youtube, on my recommendation I found videos of Windows XP meme compilations, now this wasn't exactly funny, but it sure started my obsession in loving old operating systems from the past, and eventually the internet.
One video in particular that sparked my interest in the old internet was the Wayback Machine, It allowed me to explore old internet pages from the past, first thing I typed in was Roblox, went very far back and was met with such different UI then today, same with other websites like youtube and google, they all had some sort of charm to them
And so I wanted to recreate this style. And now I'm finally doing it.
Games, I used to make tons of games, still do. I create games inside of Google Slides, Over the years I have figured out how to push the boundarys, one day me and my friends were in a group chat on google slides, adding pictures and messing around, and then we started copying the pictures and spam pasting them, which resulted in a 3D effect, me and my friends then learned how to make 3D first person games using this layer technique, causing me and my friends to create, Baldi's Basics in Google Slides.
Yes, I am the guy in the credits named SANSTHEDRIPGOD, that is my youtube name, technically now its just my @ but still.
Baldi's basics in google slides was only one of the games I worked on, one game I worked on by myself(still not finished) is called Five Nights at George's, it has 4 chapters so far with over 500 slides, Chapter 5 was in the making but never finished because the game is too glitchy.
I have some old consoles, I have an N64, and also a playstation 2, I like the playstation 2 but I dont have many games for it, atleast that I can find. I have the sims, the sims 2 game isn't in its case so yeah, overall though the playstation 2 is fun, even though I'm more of an xbox person, playstation is still fun.
I have an xbox one, it's good I have 20 games or so, one of them is Microsoft Flight Simulator, I also have an xbox 360 and have some really old minecraft worlds on there, wait I forgot to visit my dogs... Maybe a few more months couldn't hurt. And I also have Minecraft Story Mode, ngl fire game. Have all the episodes. I don't really have much other games on there, but the wii I have like idk, theres a lot. I have SMB 1, 2, and 3 from the wii shop.
Ah, Windows. Good old windows, except its not really good, the newer versions of windows kinda suck ngl, windows 8 is straight dookie, windows 10 is actually pretty good but I have some problems with it, one of those problems include the updates, windows will force you to update no matter what even if your saving something really important, and then you loose all your data. It's so frustrating, and then windows 11, windows 11 is just a ripoff of Mac. Also, another thing. Windows 11 is built off Windows 10, basically just ripped the code, because most of the features from windows 10 are still there, like if you right click on the desktop and press the button that says something like see more options you just get the windows 10 option menu. That's a complete rip from windows 10. So I like Windows 7, It's clean, its nice, it's something that stands out. And it just works.
